Resiliency Training Video Series
Overview:
An animated video series that made data resiliency understandable for a non-technical workforce, giving more than 10,000 employees at a national health insurer a clear, practical grounding in a topic that had only been documented for specialists.
Challenge:
The organization needed to train its employees on data resiliency, but the existing resources were written for a technical audience and were hard for most employees to follow. That left a gap between what the organization needed people to do and what they understood, which put the resilience of its data systems at risk.
Approach:
Our team was asked to design training that simplified the concepts, held employees' attention, and gave them something they could act on. We developed an animated video series that broke data resiliency into short, digestible segments. Each one combined scenario-based examples, industry definitions, and best practices, so the topic felt relevant to everyday work. Animation let us show abstract ideas visually, which helped both engagement and retention.
Result:
The series reached more than 10,000 employees and closed the knowledge gap the technical documentation had left. The accessible format and practical examples helped employees adopt best practices, strengthening the organization's overall approach to data resilience.
