TEKLEIGH

Role: UX Design, UX research

Overview:

A website redesign for TEKLEIGH, an IT consulting firm that helps enterprises plan, implement, and run their core business technology. We rewrote and restructured the site so each service is explained clearly in its own right, added sponsor and partner pages, and gave the firm's private equity and M&A work a defined place in the site.

Challenge:

TEKLEIGH offers a wide range of services, from advisory and strategic assessment through implementation and managed services, but the site described them too briefly for a buyer to tell them apart or see which one fit their situation. The structure also reflected how the firm was organized, not how visitors look for help. And one of its most distinct audiences, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, had no clear route into the site, even though deal and post-acquisition work calls for a different conversation than a CIO planning an ERP program.

Approach:
We worked through the site in four parts:

  • Service content: rewrote each service offering in more detail and plainer language, so a visitor can see what the service covers, who it suits, and how it connects to the others.

  • Site structure: reorganized navigation and page hierarchy around who visits and what they need to do, instead of around internal categories.

  • Private equity and M&A: added this as its own section, giving investors and portfolio company leaders content that addresses their timelines and priorities directly.

  • Sponsor and partner pages: created dedicated pages for these relationships, so they support the firm's credibility instead of sitting in a logo strip.

The site was built in WordPress with WPBakery, including layout and component work so the new pages stay consistent.

Results:
TEKLEIGH now has a site where each service can be understood by itself, each audience has a clear path, and private equity and M&A work is presented as a core capability.
